- 45ml Islands8 gin
- 15ml bajtra liquor
- 15ml thyme syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml grapefruit juice
- 6 Drops of cocktail foamer (optional)
- Strawberries and basil
- Top up with tonic
How to make Azure Breeze
In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries and basil. Shake the first six ingredients with ice, strain the mixture into a chilled glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
